My new big boy bed...I can get in and out as much as I want...Great!

So, I'm a little late...Seems to be the norm lately! Most of these pictures are from Colton's buddy's birthday party. Our little guy loves the water! This was his first trip to the Splash Pad, and he squealed the entire time. We had a blast!

After all the baseball games were won and lost, we headed to the Zoo! It was a beautiful day! We went early in the morning and caught a lot of the animals out and about. We saw the bears rough housing; the monkeys paling around; and all other types of fun stuff! Lions and tigers and bears...oh my!

Some of Colton's favorite things to do...

Get "up...up" in Daddy's chair
Wear his new Crocs and play doctor (giving shots is his specialty)
Sweep the kitchen floor for Mommy

Play in his toy box...and he wants others to join in the festivities

Share his dinner...especially spaghetti

Use a fork with EVERYTHING!

I can't believe I actually got him to sit for a whole second...notice he's wearing Mommy's shoes hehe!

Colton is ALL BOY for sure! He is exhausting his Mommy on a daily basis. He is learning new words every day...amazing! Just today he said "Charleston", "Cow", "rake", "water", and I'm sure some others...but those I hadn't heard before. We're starting to learn our ABC's, he keeps asking me to sing the AB song..and no, that doesn't get annoying at all in the car at 6:45am everyday...:)

We have noticed that he will play more and more independently...thank goodness. I can do things in the kitchen and leave him in the den. He continues to love his bath and playing outside for hours on end. He still won't sit through a movie for more than 10 - 15 minutes...maybe he has his Daddy's attention span???

I'm sure there is tons more to say, but frankly I can't remember...oh well!
