Colton has been a super busy boy! He's crawling EVERYWHERE!!!! That includes away from us when we change his diaper! He cut his top two teeth this weekend...that makes a total of 4 teeth! He's pulling himself to a standing position a lot more lately...he appears quite fearless. I know he doesn't get that from Momma...as I am a big ol' wussie! Just a little while ago, we installed a big boy car seat for him, since he's too tall for the infant car seat. We are looking forward to being able to turn him forward so he can see more.

His adorable personality is coming out more and more...He's a little ham!

Colton has been a very busy boy! Last week we went in for his 9 month check up. He was weighing in at 17 1/2 lbs! He's 29 inches long. I guess he's taking after his Daddy in the height department, thank goodness! I guess he's not letting a little ear infection hold him down because he has pulled himself up several times this week. Just today, he crawled out of our den. (You have to step down one step to come into the den...and he pulled himself right out of there and into the kitchen). Poor Sadie...Colton goes after all of her toys and then proceeds to chase her around the den.

Dr. Guyton gave him the go ahead to eat table foods. So far he's eaten bananas, strawberries, pancakes, salmon, chicken, pasta, and cheese! He LOVES bananas and cheese...just like his momma!

Spring Break isn't what it used to be! Jeremy ran his annual baseball tournament from Friday until Wednesday night. Early Thursday morning, we were beach bound! Thursday was our 4 year anniversary! We can't believe we've put up with each other that long! ;) We had a blast spending time with our little munchkin and Gramma at the beach. We didn't take him to the sandy, salty beach this time. He went at the end of last summer, but he didn't like it much then. We thought we would wait until the water got a little warmer and we could put his little booty in a puddle of salt water. We promise we'll get lots of pics. Anyway...we did take a ton of pictures this time. His little bathing suit is just a tad bit too big, but we're positive that won't be a problem for long. He goes next week for his 9 month checkup...that's right 9 MONTHS...and we'll see for sure just how big he is.

He's been waking himself and me up every night atleast once...just chatting with himself. While we were at the beach, he figured out how to sit up in his pack-n-play...then he would get upset because he was sleepy and didn't want to be sitting. Silly boy! He also pulled himself up from a sitting to a standing position this weekend! He has been increasingly more talkative. We love just listening to him chat...That's all for now!
